Service and eligibility

ALITA is trading software, not financial advice or a managed investment product. You are responsible for determining whether use is lawful and suitable in your jurisdiction and for maintaining your own broker account.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to successful payment verification. A license is issued only after confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by error, fraud, chargeback risk or a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, circumvent activation controls, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for a material breach.

Liability
